We are looking to hire a Recruiter role in the city of Pico Rivera, CA. This is a Temporary Contract to assist the Recruiting Team.
Location: Pico Rivera
Schedule: Full-time | Onsite | Monday–Friday (8am-4:30pm)
Pay Range: $25/hour
Duration: Contratct role: 1-2 Months
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Assistant to support sourcing and administrative tasks for approximately one month. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent sourcing ability, and solid proficiency in data entry and recruitment platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Source resumes across multiple platforms
Perform Boolean searches on LinkedIn
Conduct candidate searches using Indeed and ZipRecruiter
Enter and organize data in Excel
Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team
Requirements:
Experience sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter
Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
