We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts, on a long-term contract basis. This hybrid position requires a proactive individual who thrives in high-volume recruitment environments and is adept at guiding hiring teams toward structured and effective processes. Responsibilities:
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for individual contributor roles in sales, support, and retention teams.
• Oversee candidate workflows and maintain organization using applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse or similar platforms.
• Conduct interviews and intake sessions with hiring managers to understand key role requirements.
• Provide coaching and guidance to hiring teams to implement structured and consistent hiring practices.
• Source and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with job criteria and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recruitment needs and deliver timely results.
• Utilize skill-based assessment tools to evaluate candidate capabilities effectively.
• Balance multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Adapt recruitment strategies to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards throughout the recruitment process.• Proven experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting, including sourcing and screening.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills to manage high recruitment volumes and various stakeholders.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and skill-based assessment tools.
• Ability to coach hiring teams and drive structured hiring processes.
• Experience interviewing candidates across different levels and functions.
• Knowledge of HR policies and best practices in recruitment.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
• Previous experience handling an average of 15–16 requisitions concurrently.
