*Job Summary*
We are currently seeking a highly qualified *registered nurse* to join our growing skilled nursing team. In this position, you will provide direct nursing care to patients and tend to their needs. You should be highly committed to best practices, knowledgeable of compliance requirements, and able to perform well within a team environment. An ethos of compassion and sincerity coupled with strong communication skills are a must.

*Nurse Duties and Responsibilities*

* Identify patients' care requirements
* Provide psychological support as needed
* Resolve and/or report on patients' needs or issues with medical providers
* Prepare patients for examinations and perform necessary routine diagnostic checks (e.g. monitor pulse, blood pressure, oxygen, temperature, provide medications and injections, etc.)
* Accurately monitor and record data regarding patients' conditions; document all provided care services
* Function well during stressful situations to treat healthcare emergencies
* Oversee and supervise the care provided by nurse aides and LPNs
* Follow all care regulations and standards
* Work within and cooperate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient care possible

*Nurse Requirements and Qualifications*

* BSN/ADN in nursing
* Active Nursing license in Wisconsin or Compact RN license
* Long Term Care experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN, Permanent

Pay: From $36.00 per hour
