CACI is looking for a Scrum Master/ Product Owner Analyst to support the Data Transport Product Support Sustainment Logistics Maintenance (DSLM) contract. This position will be focused on managing backlogs, sprint planning, and release planning for multiple Software Sustainment systems, as well as managing customer expectations and requirements for those systems. Responsibilities include managing multiple release efforts simultaneously for the Software Maintenance Action (SWMA) Team, including resource assignments, risks/constraints, and schedules; ensuring the team has adequate work and support to successfully complete tasks timely; leading customer interface meetings, including setting agenda, facilitation, capturing minutes and action items; defining and implementing processes for requirements clarification with the customer; implementing and documenting release processes; organizing processes for new hire training/integration into the team. Requirements include US Citizenship, Security Clearance (or ability to obtain), Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of Business Analyst experience specifically for software projects, business writing skills, experience with software development lifecycle, software requirements management, metrics reporting and analysis, technical competence, decision making/critical thinking, interpersonal skills with focus on collaborating with multiple stakeholders, self-motivation and strong team player with a desire to learn, ability to apply analytical, interpretive, evaluative, constructive, and creative thinking skills, strong customer focus while maintaining contract integrity, experience creating PowerPoint presentations and presenting to large audiences, experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, and ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days of hire. Desired qualifications include experience with MS Project, experience on DoD programs and interaction with government stakeholders, experience using COTS tools like VersionOne, GitHub, SharePoint, and experience initiating and leading process improvement efforts.
