About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic and high-stamina communicator to join its CEO and Enterprise Communications team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing internal and external communications strategies that support the CEO, particularly during a time of significant transformation for the organization. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in corporate communications, experience in managing social media for senior leaders, and a strong network of relationships with financial and business media. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to make sound decisions under pressure, manage multiple projects, and ensure that all communications are in line with the company's policies and the law. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 8 years' of relevant experience, with a preference for those who have worked within a global company or agency. The role involves creating a wide range of communication materials, from engagement plans to social media content, and requires a creative thinker with a passion for innovative and impactful communication solutions. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong project management abilities, and a positive attitude.
