Prismera is an early-stage AI startup building foundational infrastructure for commercial real estate. We automate the workflows that waste the most time and create the most risk, starting with document abstraction, portfolio analysis, and compliance. If you're an engineer who wants ownership, intensity, and impact from day one, you'll be building the future of how real estate is executed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver complete features using Python, React, and TypeScript
• Deploy LLM integrations (e.g., Gemini) and vector search tools (e.g., Qdrant) in live environments
• Own development across ingestion pipelines, semantic analysis, and structured data systems
• Enhance inference speed and retrieval accuracy for long-context tasks
• Work alongside design and product teams to convert user needs into scalable code
• Track system health and lead production incident handling
• Reduce infrastructure costs across storage, model inference, and compute layers

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success building and scaling full-stack applications in production
• Expert-level knowledge of Python, TypeScript, React, and modern dev tooling
• Practical experience using LLM APIs and crafting effective prompts
• Strong grasp of embeddings, vector search, and similarity-based retrieval
• Writes clean, well-tested, maintainable code
• Background in document processing or unstructured data workflows
• Thrives in high-velocity, ambiguous environments
• Capable of deconstructing hard problems and delivering incremental solutions
• Obsessed with performance, design quality, and architectural clarity
