• Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Achieve profitable sales results.
• Keep the store clean during down times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Six months retail sales or related experience.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to learn quickly in a changing environment.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
