About The Role

Our CS Representatives work in our first class call centre facility in Wilkes Barre.

The role offers a base salary of $18.92 per hour


Main Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional Customer and Delivery Support
• Arrange and confirm scheduled deliveries
• Take ownership and resolve inquiries received
• Support members of our showroom team
• Support delivery and installation teams
• Make in-bound and outbound calls
• Respond to emails
• Communicate with customers to keep them updated
• Achieve individual and department targets and expectations set out by department managers

About You

• The passion to take ownership and stick with an issue until it is resolved
• Ability to effectively organize and prioritize own workload
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Flexible with working hours & overtime, including weekends & evenings
• Ability to sit in one place for long periods of time
• Excellent attendance with proven reliability and can adhere to the agreed work schedule
